Huddersfield Town B Team central defender Nassim Kherbouche has joined National League North side Farsley Celtic on a month-long loan.
Having signed for Town before the 2018/19 season, the 19-year-old has worked his way up to B Team level since arriving from the Mass Elite Academy in London.
With a great physical presence and real ball playing ability, Nassim is a modern, progressive defender, and will be looking to gain experience across West Yorkshire in Farsley.
On a month-long loan until 8 November 2021, Farsley currently operate in the sixth tier of English football and play their football at The Citadel. They currently sit in the bottom half of their division early on in to the season, having logged six points from their opening seven games.
Another taste of first team football for the young defender, Kherbouche also enjoyed a spell with local non-league outfit Emley in 2019/20, and is eligible to play for both England and Algeria at international level.
Nassim joins a number of First Team and Academy teammates out loan and work experience at present, with Romoney Crichlow (Swindon Town), Rarmani Edmonds-Green (Rotherham United), Matty Daly (Hartlepool United), Jacob Chapman (Gateshead United), Ernaldo Krasniqi (Falkirk), Kieran Phillips (Walsall), Max Dearnley (Ossett United), David Adewoju (Ossett United) and Connor Shanks (Nuneaton Borough) all currently gaining valuable playing time elsewhere.
