CLUB STATEMENT: IFOLLOW HTAFC

20 June 2020

Town to make its thoughts known about iFollow HTAFC

- Club statement regarding iFollow HTAFC
- There was an issue across the entire EFL Digital network
- Feelings will be expressed to the EFL

Huddersfield Town would like to apologise to supporters for the issues they suffered with the iFollow HTAFC stream during the first half of today’s Sky Bet Championship game against Wigan Athletic.

An issue across the entire EFL Digital network caused problems for around the first 30 minutes of today’s game, with many supporters unable to sign in to watch the game.

Having worked hard with supporters to activate thousands of codes for Season Card holders this week, it is incredibly disappointing to be let down by the technical provider on match day.

As the issue was with the sign in process, there was nothing that Club staff could do, other than report the issue to EFL Digital.

The Club, via Chief Executive Mark Devlin, has made its thoughts known to the EFL after today’s game on behalf of supporters, and await confirmation of what will be done to ensure this service works for our fans for the rest of the season.
