Carlos Corberán’s First Team squad reported back to West Yorkshire today signalling the start of pre-season.
The players visited Leeds Beckett University and the Club’s Canalside Training Centre to undergo a variety of health and fitness tests helping to set individualised physical benchmarks going into pre-season.
Being tested was a whole host of different measures and abilities ranging from body fat, lung capacity along with strength and responsiveness.
The results will help the players and coaches to set goals and build strategies in order to be fighting fit going into the first Sky Bet Championship fixture of the season.
The tests will continue tomorrow (Tuesday 22 June 2021) before the players are back on the training pitch!
