Town had four players back out on international duty during the November 2021 break.

Of the four players called-up to play for their national sides, three of Town’s players made appearances during the final international break of 2021.

Levi Colwill

Levi Colwill captained England’s Under-19’s on his debut for the age group during the international break. Colwill was also on the scoresheet for his national side, scoring in a 0-2 victory against Sweden’s Under-19’s. He was named captain in all three of England’s games, where they picked up a victory at home to Andorra which was followed up by a 0-0 draw against Switzerland.

The three results put England’s Under-19’s top of their qualifying group, one-point clear of second place Sweden.

Danel Sinani

Danel Sinani started both of Luxembourg’s games against Azerbaijan and Republic of Ireland. Sinani’s side picked up a 3-1 victory away to Azerbaijan last Thursday but were beaten comfortably 3-0 by Republic of Ireland three days later.

Sinani, who has appeared 41 times for Luxembourg, had a goal disallowed at 0-0 in his side’s final World Cup Qualifier against the Republic of Ireland, leaving them fourth in Group A.

Scott High

Scott High started both of the Scotland Under-21 games during the break. Playing the full 90 minutes in a 2-1 victory over Kazakhstan and a 0-2 defeat to Belgium, High put in solid display in the middle of the park in both encounters.

Those results leave Scotland third in Group I, five points behind second place Denmark.

Sorba Thomas

Sorba Thomas received another call-up to Robert Page’s Wales side for their games against Belarus and Belgium.

An unused sub in both games, Wales secured a qualifying play-off place for the 2022 World Cup with a 5-1 win over Belarus and a hard fought 1-1 draw against Belgium.
