Huddersfield Town will host Barnsley in the Emirates FA Cup Fourth Round!
After the superb 2-1 win at Premier League Burnley on Saturday, the Terriers have been pitted against their fellow Sky Bet Championship side in the draw, which was made live on ITV on Sunday afternoon.
Fourth Round ties are scheduled to be played between Friday 4 February 2022 and Monday 7 February 2022, which means the Sky Bet Championship game at home to Derby County will be rescheduled. The exact date and time, along with prices for the tie, will be confirmed at a later date on htafc.com.
The two Yorkshire sides have met four times in the competition before, with one draw and three Barnsley wins. However, this will be the first meeting of the two in the Emirates FA Cup since January 1978.
The two sides have met once this season, with Lewis O'Brien's goal earning a 1-1 draw at Oakwell in December.
