Season Card holders for the upcoming 2021/22 Sky Bet Championship campaign will have the option of using a digital or physical access card to gain entry to the John Smith’s Stadium this season.
We’ve had a number of queries from Season Card holders on when you can expect to receive your new physical access card.
The Ticket Office is planning to send every 2021/22 Season Card holder a new access card by the end of July 2021, but every fan will also receive an email to introduce the digital access option for the new campaign!
The email will include full information on how to setup your Season Card on your smart phone, and we believe you’ll find it a very straightforward process! Having your access card on your phone should stop you ever misplacing or forgetting your physical card, and we think you’ll find it just as easy as getting your physical card out of your wallet or bag in order to enter the Stadium.
If you’re not comfortable with that process, you’ll have the option of your new physical card too.
Regardless of which option you choose to use on a match day, you will only gain access once – either via the digital card or the physical one. However, you can then use either method again at the next home game.

Supporters who are expecting car park passes for the new season should note that they may receive their pass separately to their new Season Card access card. We also plan to send these to you by the end of July.
