Corberán makes two changes to the starting line-up
- Huddersfield Town side named to face Coventry City
- Carlos Corberán makes two changes to the side
- Duane Holmes and Matty Pearson both start today
Huddersfield Town Head Coach Carlos Corberán has made two changes to the starting line-up for today’s Sky Bet Championship game against Coventry City; 12.30pm kick-off at the John Smith’s Stadium.
Having missed last weekend’s 1-1 draw at Barnsley due to the birth of his first child, Duane Holmes comes straight back into the side this afternoon.
Matty Pearson also returns after a one game absence – he was an unused substitute at Oakwell after a recent back issue.
Ollie Turton and Fraizer Campbell drop to the bench for today’s game, where there’s also a welcome return for Jordan Rhodes! The striker, who scored in a B Team game against Middlesbrough in midweek, is in a First Team match day squad for the first time since August following a back injury.
With Holmes and Rhodes in the 18, Rolando Aarons and Mipo Odubeko make way.
Starter Danny Ward and substitute Josh Ruffels have both previously played for this afternoon’s opposition, whilst fellow substitute Ryan Schofield turns 22 years old today!
Corberán is without Pipa (hip), Álex Vallejo (knee), Jonathan Hogg (knee) and Danel Sinani (illness).
